The Oklahoma ranch has quail hunting, turkey hunting and whitetail deer hunting since the Lotspeich's established the ranch in 1903. It has been highly managed the last 45 years, with guided hunting services that last 32 years.
 
On the north side of the Cimarron River, there are rolling sand hills covered by sagebrush, plum thickets, food plots, wild sunflowers, ragweed and native forbs. The south side has much the same, with a joining acres of wheat, alfalfa and sorghum fields.
